They came on a Sunday, were on time, and called 1/2 hour before they arrived to let me know they were on there way. We asked them if they could take care of a couple other duct cleaning projects (cleaning out the dryer vent, shower fan) and they were very amenable. From the very beginning, I was very pleased with the service I got. On my initial call, I spoke with a girl who was so nice and willing to answer all my questions (and there were allot of them!) and did so with such a nice, pleasant tone and attitude.
